Under the Affordable Care Act, tax credits will help families purchase health insurance. Families USA, a health advocate group, estimates that nearly 803,000 Georgians will be eligible for the tax credits in 2014. The group used Census data to compute the number of people who will qualify based on income levels in relation to the federal poverty level and by race. No margin of error was included. Also included is a second database and data on the map to show current access to health care and estimates on the number of people who are delaying health care because of cost. This study was done by Brigham and Women's Hospital of Boston.
