* Absconder: A person who has failed to register with the appropriate sheriff's office either (a) initially within ten days after release from prison, placement on parole, supervised release or probation; or (b) on their registration anniversary date.
* Sexually violent predators: Offenders who suffer from a mental abnormality or a personality disorder that would make the person likely to engage in a predatory sexually violent offense. Sexual predators are determined by the sentencing court with the approval of the Sexual Offender Registration Review Board.
