I have, in chronological order, been considered a resident of Los Angeles, Portland, Houston, Augusta, England, Sacramento, and Washinton State. I'm a graduate of Davidson Fine Arts Magnet School and Western Washington University (B.A. - Journalism) and covered arts and entertainment at the Augusta Chronicle from 1999 to 2010. Edgefield gets 50 Cent

Rap star 50 Cent is evidently getting the dollar tour of Edgefield.

Reports have the actor/musician in town today filming a documentary for VH1 tracing his roots to the small southern town. So far, inquiries to both Interscope, 50 Cent's record label and VH1 have turned up little else, but here's hoping we can score some time with the erstwhile king of east coast hip-hop.
