If you read my last blog entry, you already know that my dog, Bear, has some strange eating habits. He took them to new heights last week.
We work long and late hours during Masters week. Apparently, Bear didn't like me being away so he decided to retaliate for not getting enough love and attention.
He devoured an entire roll of toilet paper.
And, no, I don't mean chewed on or shredded it. I mean he ate the whole darn thing, roll and all. All that remained were a few tiny white specks on the bedroom carpet.
He's fine, by the way, not a bit worse for the wear.
On a related note, Sky (pictured), my 4-year-old lab/foxhound mix, went old-school and chewed the TV remote control into little pieces the night before.
Wait. Maybe it wasn't about me being gone after all. Maybe they were having a contest.
I think Bear won.
P.S.: I'll be posting the latest pet adoption video in our video section this evening. This week's video features some of the wonderful (and extremely cute) puppies and adult dogs available for adoption from Happy Tails Rescue in Appling.
