How do you see yourself?

In this video, part of Dove's Real Beauty Campaign, women are asked to describe themselves for a forensic sketch artist who had never seen them, and then others were asked to describe them. The resulting sketches were eye-opening for the women involved.

As one YouTube commenter said, "This is not about being beautiful or not. It's about how we have a distorted view of ourselves and how we need to let those judgemental thoughts go."
