Back in the saddle again

Did you miss me?

Don't answer that (unless the answer is yes).

After a nearly two-month hiatus, my blog for beginning runners is back. As always, I'll be looking for opportunities to help promote races and running activities in the Augusta area. Send the info my way if you have something coming up.

Keep me posted on those upcoming races.

Let's hit the road!
