NORTH AUGUSTA — Law enforcement agencies in South Carolina are checking into whether the men suspected in a robbery attempt of a gun shop were involved in similar crimes elsewhere.
Friday’s high of 106 degrees in Augusta broke a 76-year-old record for June 29, and meteorologists say more triple-digit highs can be expected through July 4.
