NEW YORK — "13," a tween tale of growing up and trying to fit in, is the latest casualty of the Broadway season.

The show, which features a score by Jason Robert Brown, will end its Broadway run Jan. 4 after 105 performances, producer Bob Boyett announced Friday. The show opened in October to mixed reviews and has been struggling to find an audience.

Also struggling at the box office is "American Buffalo," the revival of the David Mamet play starring John Leguizamo, Cedric the Entertainer and Haley Joel Osment. The production opened Nov. 17 to largely negative notices. The producing team will decide Monday if the engagement will continue, spokesman Richard Kornberg said.
