STORRS, Conn. --- Tina Charles scored 19 points and had 10 rebounds to lead top-ranked Connecticut past Villanova 74-47 on Tuesday night, giving the unbeaten Huskies at least a share of their 17th Big East regular season championship.
The Huskies (28-0, 14-0) can clinch the title outright Saturday with a victory over Seton Hall.
Renee Montgomery scored 17 points and Kalana Greene had 15 for UConn, which shot 42.4 percent from the field. The Huskies has won 110 consecutive games against non-ranked opponents and is 91-2 in its past 93 games at Gampel Pavilion.
Villanova (17-11, 9-5) shot 28.1 percent.

In Tallahassee, Fla., Lyndra Littles scored 17 of her 24 points in the second half and Virginia rallied to upset Florida State.
The Cavaliers (22-7, 8-5) knocked the Seminoles (23-6, 11-2) out of sole possession of first place in the Atlantic Coast Conference.

In South Bend, Ind., Lindsay Schrader had 23 points and eight rebounds, Becca Bruszewski added 20 points and Notre Dame (19-7, 8-6 Big East) overcame blowing a 17-point lead in the first half to beat Syracuse (15-12, 4-10).

In Morgantown, W.Va., Shavonte Zellous scored 25 points, overcoming first-half foul trouble, to lead Pittsburgh past West Virginia (15-12, 3-10 Big East).
The Panthers (21-5, 11-3) were down by 12 in the first half, but used a 44-point second half to win for the 10th time in their past 11 games.

In Columbia, Mo., Brittainey Raven scored a career-high 31 points and Texas (20-7, 8-5 Big 12) overcame an early 10-point deficit to beat Missouri (12-14, 3-10).
